2 PARTS SAKE ONO
1 PART GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
2 PARTS SODA WATER
SPLASH SIMPLE SYRUP
SPLASH LEMON JUICE
METHOD
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until cold. Top with club soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and expressed lemon twist.
