METHOD

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe, garnish with an olive and expressed lemon twist.

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until cold. Top with club soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and expressed lemon twist.

Combine ingredients in a shaker tin and add ice. Shake until cold and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and salt rim optional.
