With our light and crisp finish, Sake ONO was uniquely created to enhance all foods and be a perfect compliment to meals both as a wine alternative and a base in a low-ABV cocktail.
Sake ONO is crafted from a proprietary blend of estate-grown and locally sourced rice, pristine mountain spring water, expertly made koji, and yeast cultivated on-site for a bright, nuanced expression.
TASTING NOTES
Complex and supple. Fresh honeydew shines through followed by notes of lemon peel, white flowers, and green apple. Cheerfully dry and silky with an umami backbone.
